February 2022 – June 2022

Working as a team member at Burger King I gained skills to communicate with customers effectively, with care and respect and work in a fast-paced environment serving high volumes of customers, knowing how to handle stressful situations effectively. I handled customers problems and queries with quick decision making to help resolve issues. Skills operating with cash and processed orders at the till.

Worked in several departments at Off The Fence including being with The One Show production team helping them with research for potential films, phone calls, TX Cards, risk assessment forms, call sheets, logging footage and emails and editing.

I am a reliable and hard working person who has a positive outlook on life and has an interest in different areas of life such as media, photography, psychology, music, reading, writing and painting. Studying at two Universities at the same time has taught me self-discipline and how to manage my time efficiently.
